Q. Do I sign a lease?
A. Yes, however leases are month to month.
Q. Do you have 24 hour staff?
A. Yes, we staff our buildings 24 hours a day. Our resident assistant is on-site 24 hours a day and night to best meet your needs. You can feel secure that our management staff is also on 24 hour call.
Q. What if I'm ill or have an emergency need?
A. You have immediate access to our 24 hour staff should you need us right away.
Q. How about special therapeutic diets?
A. We can tailor a diet plan specifically for your medical needs. Although we will cook low sodium/fat/cholesterol as ordered by a physician, you can take comfort in the fact that our regular menu is quite health-conscious as well.
Q. Do you have RN/LVN in the facility?
A. We do not staff RN/LVN in the facility. However, we do have a registered nurse practitioner who is in the facility on a weekly basis.
Q. Do you require a community fee?
A. Yes, our community fee is $1,575 and non-refundable.
Q. Do you do laundry?
A. Yes, laundry services are provided by the facility.
